Another congratulations is in order to the UCF A team for placing 3rd at the University of Georgia on Oct.
17th! The Knight's lost a close match against UGA, 20-25, 25-21, 13-15 in the quarterfinals. The Women's Volleyball
Club at UCF is happy to host the Knight's Fall Classic this Saturday at UCF's Rec and Wellness Center. This will be
our first home tournament of the year with 10 teams participating. Please check our Knight's Fall Classic page for details regarding the tournament.

CONGRATULATIONS to the UCF A team on winning the UF Tournament this past weekend in Gainesville, FL!!
It was a very successful first tournament for both the A team and B team. Now that we've worked out all the kinks we're
ready to compete this coming weekend in Athens, GA at the UGA Tournament.

SUCCESS AT NATIONALS: The Women's Club Volleyball team attended the NIRSA Nationals
April 9th-11th. The team competed in Women's Division II and ended up placing 8th in the Gold Bracket.
The 2009 spring season was a very successful season for the Women's Club Volleyball team. As of now
the team will be on break for the summer. Open gyms and practices will start back up again during the Fall (09)
within the first 3 weeks of school. Check back for more information as the date gets closer.
REMINDER: Keep up with your skills and play over the summer!

*SPRING 2009 TRYOUT INFO*
Open gyms will be held on Wednesday, January 7th and Monday, January 12th from 8-10pm in the Eduaton
Complex's gym. Tryouts for the 2009 spring season will begin Wednesday, January 14th and Wednesday, January
21st from 8-10pm in the Education Complex's gym as well. Players are strongly encouraged to show up to open gyms to
sharpen their skills for tryouts.

gym. Tryouts for the 2008 fall season will take place September 8th & 10th from 8-10pm in the Education Complex's
gym as well. Players are strongly encouraged to show up to open gyms to sharpen their skills for tryouts.

Fall tryouts for the 2008 season will take place on Monday September 8th & Wednesday
September 10th. Tryouts start at 8pm and will be held in the Education Complex's gym. We will also hold tryouts
in the spring.
